• Pearlescent paints contains special pigments known as pearls. Pearl pigments add a sparkle to the finish which gives depth to the color. Metallic & Pearlescent Paint must be applied evenly for a consistent look finish without light and dark spots which are known as mottling.

The third process is known as clear coat which is also known as top coat. As the name says it is usually sprayed on the top. It gives glossy effect. It is transparent and glossy which forms the interface with the environment. Clear coat must be durable enough so that it can resist the abrasion and should be chemically stable to take the UV lights. Clear coat are of two types either waterborne or solvent.
