    You might lose potential customers if they have enquiries and there’s no easy way of contacting you, so always make it very clear how you can be contacted, especially if you’re running an online business or you don’t have a shop that people can simply drop into. While emails are great in the modern day, remember that not everybody has internet access, so make sure you have a telephone number (preferably a free one) and also an address which they can mail letters to.
